If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
